Mentoring Awards

Outstanding Mentoring Award

Project PACE initiated an “Outstanding Mentoring Award ," which was adopted by the Office of the Provost. The purpose of this award is to honor an outstanding faculty member who has served as a mentor to junior faculty members. The guidelines for this award have recently been approved. Visiting Scholar/Mentor Funding

PACE PIs and senior personnel have recently formed application guidelines for a new award, which provides travel funds for a visiting science scholar/mentor's trip to UM-Missoula. Additional uses of this award may include a UM science faculty member's travel to a scholar/mentor's lab, in order to initiate collaborative research.
